$100 Deductible

Per-claim deductible for all protection levels. The deductible is waived for burglary claims when a cylinder or disc padlock is used.

No long-term commitment. Cancel your participation in the protection plan at any time.

What's Covered

Forced entry theft with police report*

Building Collapse

Including weight of snow, ice, or windstorm

Stored Vehicles

Damage to stored vehicle, boat, or trailer

Fire damage to your stored belongings

Water Damage

Including mold and mildew coverage

Rodent & Vermin

Damage caused by rodents or vermin

Vandalism

Intentional damage to your property

*Evidence of forced entry and police report required for burglary claims. Some coverages have additional limits—please contact us for details. Water damage does not extend to flood or surface water.

What's Not Covered

The following items and events are not covered under the protection plan.

Excluded Items

Refrain from storing the following goods as they are not covered:

  • Currency, documents, records, money, notes, or securities
  • Aircraft
  • Animals, birds, or fish
  • Antiques
  • Contraband or property held for illegal purposes
  • Firearms
  • Furs and fur garments
  • Jewelry, watches, precious stones, or metals
  • Valuable papers and electronic data

Notable Plan Exclusions

The following events are not covered under any plan:

  • Flood
  • Surface water
  • Mysterious disappearance

While your store may require some form of stored goods protection, participation in the protection plan is not required to rent storage space. The plan may duplicate coverage provided by a homeowners or renters insurance policy. The protection plan is a month-to-month program and you may cancel at any time.
